Mini Post: Coffee

In an effort to eliminate artificial sweeteners from my diet, I wanted to find a way perk up my coffee without adding calories so I have begun sprinkling a little bit of cinnamon into the grounds before I brew. It’s pretty darn good, and a tip I heard on Gilmore Girls, no less.

On another note, I’ve been artificial sweetener free since the day after Christmas. Over 3 weeks and going strong!
